Az idei tél szokatlanul enyhére sikerült, 2000 méteren felül azonban még március végén is a hó az úr. A háttérben a Fogarasi havasok, a 2283 magas Szuruval, de a kép bal szélén a távolban Románia legmagasabb csúcsa, a 2544 magas Moldoveanu sejthető.

The winter this year was very mild but over 2000 metres, even in March, snow rules. In the background there were the Munţii Făgăraş, with the 2283 metres tall Suru but somewhere far the Moldoveanu (2544 m), the tallest peak of Romania could be seen.
