Nagyszeben, az egykori erdélyi szász kultúra központja - közlekedéspiros (Verkehrsrot) Desiro kocsikkal tökéletes lenne az illúzió, bár német szó itt már csak a turisták ajkán hangzik. A város egyébként gyorsan fejlődik, az óváros méltó arra, hogy Nagyszeben 2007-ben Európa kulturális fővárosa rangját viselje.

Sibiu was once the most important city of the Saxon (German) people living in Transylvania (they called it Siebenbürgen). The illusion would be perfect with the Desiro railcars in DB livery but except the tourists, German words are now hardly to be heard. Anyway, the city improves fast, the old city centre is beautifully renovated, it is worthy of being the 2007 European Cultural Capital.
